• INCAPABLE - Receiver is not capable of receiving marketing whatsapp due to several reasons possible.

• BLOCKED - Recipient has blocked you or your marketing routes with security.

• Delivery ratio may be from 60 - 80 % depends upon database, internet minimum 4G availability and range of mobile tower location.

• Recharge validity is 3 months from the date of activation. After expiry, a recharge is mandatory. Any unused balance will be carried forward upon recharge.
